Every Pebble + Patch piece is made by hand and packed with the same care it was stitched with. Here's how it reaches you.

Where we ship

We currently ship across India only. We don't offer international shipping at this time, if you're outside India and would like to order, message us on Instagram @thepebbleandpatch and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on all orders over ₹2,000.
Orders under ₹2,000: a shipping charge based on location applies, calculated at checkout.

Payment

We accept prepaid orders only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.

Order processing

In-stock items are dispatched within 10 business days of your order.
Personalised and made-to-order items - such as name-embroidered blankets and birth announcement plaques — are made fresh for you and take about 3 additional working days to prepare before dispatch.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 10 business days, depending on your location.

You'll receive tracking details by email/SMS once your order ships, via our courier partners.

Delays

Occasionally, factors outside our control — festive-season volumes, weather, or courier delays — may affect delivery times. We'll always keep you updated if something changes.

Damaged or lost parcels I

f your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at +919855754417 and we'll sort it out.
