2. Our products Every Pebble + Patch product is made by hand by a small team of artisans. Because of this, slight variations in colour, texture, weave, and finish are natural and are not defects — they're part of what makes a handmade piece one of a kind. Product images are as accurate as we can make them, but actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
3. Pricing and payment All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST. We accept prepaid payments only. Prices and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel an order placed at an incorrect price.
4. Orders Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred — and will refund any amount already paid in such cases.
5. Personalisation For personalised items, you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide (such as spelling of names and dates). We make items exactly as submitted, so please check carefully. Personalised items are non-returnable and non-cancellable once production begins.
6. Shipping and returns Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns by our Returns & Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property All content on this site — including the Pebble + Patch name, logo, designs, product photographs, and text — belongs to Pebble + Patch and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, Pebble + Patch is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
9. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amritsar, Punjab.
10. Changes We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
